Anne Kilbourne has been with Payson Unified Schools since 2016. Anne started as a Sped Paraprofessional, working in the Special Needs Preschool. Anne enjoyed working in the special needs preschool and helping each student thrive in the school environment. In October 2023 she began working at Julia Randall Elementary as the Attendance Secretary. Anne still enjoys working with students and assisting parents. Anne has many outdoor hobbies such as horseback riding, hiking, four-wheeling, hunting, and camping. Anne and her husband have lived in the Payson area since 1999 and raised their four children here. Anne enjoys time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
