Bio:

Jocelyn better known as Ms. Joy has always had a passion for education. She graduated from UW-Whitewater with a B.S.E. in 1980, however, was not certified. She moved to Payson in 2019 and became a Para educator in 2020. She has worked in both Gen Ed, SpEd and as a Sub at RCMS. She retired in 2024, however, will continue to be a Sub district wide. She has two adult children and five grandchildren. She likes to travel and go camping with her husband and dog Linus.
